Hi Gavin and Kim
I attended your beginers soap making course a few months ago and thouroghly enjoyed it!
I have a few questions if you could help me out with please?
The recipe that we used in the workshop differs to the ingredient meausurements that you use on the youtube video for beginners?
which recipe do i follow please?
Can i just double the ingredients to make a double batch?
When addind the clourant I dont recall measuring/weighing it out ? is yhis correct?
Thanks in advance
Grace Cannavo
Hi Grace, yes we have modified the recipe slightly just to fit into our new silicone loaf moulds. Yes you can double the ingredients to make a double batch. I will send you the new recipe via email. The liquid colour was not measured and was added to the soap batter a little at a time to achieve the desired shade.
Thank you! And once again yourself and Kim have given me the confidence and information on how to make soap! I would say that you guys are the best little workshop in Melbourne!
